Hot air balloon flights are closely regulated by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority to ensure safety. Flights may be canceled if wind speeds or weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for safe operation.

Your exact pickup time will be communicated to you 12 hours before your flight via WhatsApp for your convenience.

Children under 5 years old are generally not permitted on hot air balloon flights for safety reasons. However, depending on weather conditions, exceptions may be made at the pilot's discretion. Please contact us in advance if you wish to discuss flying with children under 5.
